1 | Scope

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms applicable to all services and offerings provided under the Wisdom of Soma brand, operated by EstEye AB (the “Company”). It applies to individual coaching sessions, structured coaching packages of defined duration (including 3- and 6-month programs), live group programs, online sessions, pre-recorded digital courses, written materials, and any future retreats, workshops, or in-person events.

This Policy forms an integral part of the contractual framework between you and the Company and should be read together with the applicable Terms & Conditions. It outlines the financial commitments associated with participation and clarifies the circumstances under which cancellations, transfers, or refunds may or may not be available.

By purchasing, booking, or enrolling in any service or program, you confirm that you have reviewed this Policy and accept its terms prior to entering into a binding agreement with the Company.

2 | Coaching Packages (3 or 6-Month Programs)

Coaching packages are structured, time-bound engagements intended to provide continuity, depth, and sustained support over an agreed period. These programs are designed as committed processes rather than isolated sessions, reflecting the progressive and integrative nature of the work.

Payment may be made either in full at the time of enrolment or in instalments, as agreed between the client and the Company. Where instalments are offered, this constitutes a payment arrangement for the total agreed program fee and does not convert the engagement into a pay-as-you-go structure.

Unless otherwise expressly confirmed in writing, coaching packages are non-refundable once the program has commenced. Commencement includes the first scheduled session, the allocation of session dates, or the provision of preparatory materials, whichever occurs first.

The purchase of a coaching package secures dedicated time allocation within the Company’s schedule, priority availability, and professional preparation tailored to the client’s engagement. For this reason, early termination by the client — whether voluntary or due to changes in personal circumstances — does not entitle the client to a refund of unused sessions or remaining program value.

Where instalment payments apply, the Client remains responsible for completing all agreed payments for the full program term, regardless of continued participation, unless termination is initiated by the Company without cause attributable to the Client or unless otherwise required under mandatory consumer protection law.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any accommodation made in such circumstances shall not constitute a waiver of this Policy nor create an ongoing entitlement to refunds.

3 | Individual Coaching Sessions

Individual coaching sessions are scheduled for a specific date and time and involve dedicated preparation and allocation of professional capacity. In order to maintain fairness, scheduling integrity, and respect for both parties’ time, the following cancellation and rescheduling terms apply.

Individual sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge provided that written notice is received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. This notice period allows the Company to reallocate the reserved time slot where possible.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged in full. Because the time has been exclusively reserved for the client, late cancellations are treated as completed sessions for billing purposes.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled without payment of a new session fee.

If a client arrives late to a session, the session will conclude at the originally scheduled end time in order to preserve subsequent appointments. The full session fee remains applicable regardless of late arrival.

In situations involving acute illness, sudden emergency, or genuinely unforeseen circumstances, clients are encouraged to notify the Company as soon as reasonably possible. While the Company cannot guarantee flexibility outside the stated policy, reasonable accommodation may be offered at its discretion in appropriate cases. Any such accommodation shall not constitute a waiver of the Policy or create a precedent for future exceptions.

4 | Digital Courses and Pre-Recorded Programs

Digital products offered through Wisdom of Soma, including but not limited to pre-recorded courses, downloadable materials, written resources, and online learning content, are delivered in digital format and made accessible immediately upon purchase or activation.

Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted, the service is deemed to have commenced and the content cannot be returned. For this reason, all digital products are non-refundable once access credentials, login details, or downloadable materials have been provided.

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in Sweden, by purchasing digital content and selecting immediate access, you expressly:

  • Consent to the immediate commencement of performance prior to the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period; and

  • Acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access to the digital content has been granted.

This waiver applies only to digital content delivered electronically and activated at the client’s request before the end of the withdrawal period.

No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued after digital access has been activated, except where required under mandatory consumer protection law (for example, in the event of defective or inaccessible content).

Clients are encouraged to review all available program descriptions and course details carefully prior to purchase to ensure suitability and informed decision-making.

5 | Group Programs

Live online group programs are structured, cohort-based experiences delivered within a defined timeframe and shared learning environment. Enrollment secures a reserved place within a limited-capacity group and reflects a commitment to participate in the program as scheduled.

Where a participant chooses to cancel prior to the official program start date, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer a transfer of enrollment to a future cohort of the same or substantially similar program. Such transfers are not automatic and depend on availability, scheduling feasibility, and administrative considerations. Approval of a transfer in one instance does not create a precedent or entitlement in future cases.

Once a group program has commenced — including the first live session, release of program materials, or opening of the participant portal — no refunds will be issued. The purchase secures access to the program structure, group facilitation, and reserved participation space, regardless of actual attendance.

Missed live sessions are not refundable. Because group programs operate within a fixed schedule and collective structure, individual absences do not entitle participants to partial refunds or credits.

Where session recordings are provided, access will be governed by the specific structure of the program and may be subject to time limitations, platform access rules, or technical availability. The availability of recordings is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the program description.

This approach ensures clarity, fairness to all participants, and the sustainable delivery of high-quality group experiences.

6 | Future Retreats and In-Person Events

From time to time, Wisdom of Soma may offer in-person retreats, workshops, or immersive events. Due to the logistical, venue, and capacity commitments associated with physical gatherings, such events involve additional contractual and financial arrangements beyond standard online services.

Detailed cancellation and payment terms specific to each retreat or in-person event will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and will form part of the binding agreement between the participant and the Company.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the event-specific terms:

Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit secures a reserved place and contributes to venue commitments, organisational costs, and preparatory arrangements that are undertaken in advance of the event.

Where full payment has been made, cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing of cancellation. The closer the cancellation occurs to the event start date, the higher the portion of the fee that may be retained, reflecting non-recoverable operational costs.

The Company is not responsible for independently arranged travel, flights, visas, accommodation, insurance, or other related expenses booked by participants. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical needs, and unforeseen circumstances.

In the event that a retreat or in-person event must be postponed, modified, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control — including but not limited to public health restrictions, venue unavailability, natural events, or governmental measures — such situations shall be governed by the Force Majeure provisions set out in the applicable Terms & Conditions.

This framework ensures clarity, fairness, and responsible event management while maintaining transparency regarding financial commitments and associated risks.

7 | Payment Processing

Payments for services and digital products are currently processed through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. Stripe processes payment information in accordance with its own security standards and privacy practices. The Company does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

The Company reserves the right to change or introduce alternative payment providers at any time in order to support operational efficiency, security, or expanded payment options. Any such change will not affect the validity of existing agreements but may apply to future transactions.

All fees are charged in the currency clearly stated at the time of checkout. Where currency conversion applies due to the client’s bank or card issuer, exchange rates and additional fees are determined by the relevant financial institution and remain outside the Company’s control.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate, valid, and up to date. In the case of instalment arrangements, clients remain responsible for maintaining valid payment methods for the duration of the agreed payment schedule. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access to services until the outstanding balance is settled.

Completion of a purchase constitutes authorisation for the Company (or its designated payment provider) to charge the stated amount in accordance with the selected payment structure.

8 | Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to limit, restrict, or exclude any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory Swedish or European Union consumer protection legislation.

Where applicable, consumers residing within the European Union may benefit from statutory withdrawal rights for contracts concluded at a distance (including online purchases). In general, this may include a 14-day withdrawal period, subject to the specific conditions set out in applicable consumer law.

However, certain statutory exceptions apply. In particular, the right of withdrawal may not apply:

  • Where services are provided on a specific date or within a specific time period;

  • Where performance of a service has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal may be lost once performance has commenced;

  • Where digital content not supplied on a tangible medium has been made available following the consumer’s explicit consent to immediate performance and acknowledgment of waiver of the withdrawal right.

The applicability of statutory rights depends on the nature of the service purchased and the circumstances of delivery. Where mandatory consumer protection rules require a different outcome than that set out in this Policy, such mandatory provisions shall prevail.

This clause is included to ensure transparency and compliance with applicable consumer protection standards while maintaining clarity regarding the contractual structure of the Company’s offerings.

9 | Fairness and Integrity

Wisdom of Soma is committed to operating with transparency, fairness, and professional integrity in all client relationships. This Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to create clarity around financial commitments, scheduling expectations, and the structure of services offered. Clear agreements protect both parties and support a stable, respectful working environment.

At the same time, the Company recognises that life circumstances can sometimes be unpredictable. In genuinely exceptional situations, requests for flexibility may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any accommodation offered remains entirely at the Company’s discretion and will take into account the nature of the service, the timing of the request, and any operational or contractual commitments already made.

Approval of an exception in one instance does not create a precedent, ongoing entitlement, or modification of this Policy for future situations.

Any deviation from the standard terms set out in this Policy must be confirmed in writing by the Company in order to be valid. Verbal discussions, informal messages, or assumptions do not constitute a binding amendment.

This approach is designed to balance compassion with professional boundaries, ensuring that both fairness and integrity remain central to the delivery of services.
