What is Somatic Coaching?
Somatic coaching is a neuroscience-informed, body-based approach to change that works directly with the nervous system rather than only with thought patterns.
It recognizes that your body carries the imprint of past stress, relational experiences, and survival adaptations. Even when life is stable now, your system may still be operating from old protective patterns.
