Somatic coaching for accomplished women
Come home to yourself
Build a life that feels as good inside as it looks on paper
Successful on the outside, yet still longing for something more
You’re here because something in you already knows that life should not feel this hard. Not when you have a good job, stability, and meaningful relationships.
I know how scary it feels to have it all and still wake up feeling stuck.
To wonder what is wrong with you for feeling this way. And yet, there is something stirring quietly inside of you. An intrinsic spark within you that others may not sense, but you do.
So, you shut off that voice whispering dreams to you and keep going. At the same time, you’re longing for life to feel more like it actually belongs to you.
This is not because you’re broken or doing something wrong. It’s because your body has been carrying more than it was designed to hold for too long.
You’re here because you…
wake up exhausted before the day even starts and can't remember the last time you felt truly rested
have a life that looks beautiful from the outside but feels hollow when no one's watching
give everything to everyone around you and survive on whatever's left
feel guilty for being unhappy when you know you "have it good"
go through the motions on autopilot, wondering when you stopped feeling like yourself
stay busy because slowing down feels scarier than burning out
know something needs to change but can't quite name what it is or where to even start
I get it because I’ve felt it too. You can keep functioning like this, pushing through. But then the days blur, and you quietly drift further from yourself.
Listen to your body
There is a reason why success doesn’t always bring ease. And there is a way out of this quiet disconnect.
The secret is the nervous system.
When you work with your body, you’re working directly with the nervous system.
The system that shapes how you feel emotions, how you handle stress, how you make choices, and whether you feel safe or not.
As Bessel van der Kolk writes in his research on trauma and the nervous system, “the body keeps the score.” Chronic stress alters how the nervous system regulates safety and threat, influencing mood and behavior. These stored stress patterns can shape our beliefs and choices, sometimes guiding us away from what we truly want. This is why thinking your way out hasn’t worked.
Your healing begins when you realize the body is the doorway home—and that you already carry the key. You simply need the right tools to unlock it.

Hey, I’m Olga
I’m a medical doctor specialized in ophthalmology, and I’ve worked with tens of thousands of patients for more than fifteen years.
I know the cost of not listening to your body firsthand.
At the peak of my career as an eye surgeon, I developed a severe hand eczema that brought everything to a stop. I realized that my body was asking me to realign with myself instead of chasing others’ expectations.
For years, my life looked successful, stable and accomplished. And still, no matter how much I achieved, something inside me never fully settled.
Back then, I didn’t know what to do with that feeling. I stayed busy and worked even more. I traveled, all in the hope that the feeling of dissatisfaction would pass.
Eventually, my body said no and I was forced to take a long sick leave. This experience led me into deep study of stress physiology, trauma research, and the nervous system. When I started relating to my body differently, things began to change.
When you change your relationship to yourself, you’ll see the ripple effects. How you tell your story, how you seem more confident, how you seem to handle stress differently. It’s subtle, yet deeply powerful.
Once you understand this, the question is no longer
“What is wrong with me?”
It becomes
“What does my nervous system need to feel safe in order to allow change?”
That’s why I created the Soma Expansion Approach
It’s a trauma-informed, scientifically backed way of working with the nervous system. It is grounded in research on neuroplasticity, stress physiology, and trauma, which show that repeated experiences of safety reshape how the nervous system responds to stress.
It focuses on expanding your capacity to feel safe, present, and alive in your body, so that ease, clarity, and aligned choices become possible.
Most approaches focus on the thinking mind. Mindset shifts, motivation loops, habits, discipline, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), or talk therapy.
They help for a moment, but the results do not last long. Because the root of change doesn’t happen at the level of your mind. It happens at the level of your nervous system.
Somatic coaching is different.
I work directly with the nervous system — the part of you that decides how much ease, pleasure, visibility, intimacy, and success you can hold.
This is how change becomes real and lasting. Because your body finally has the capacity to support it and you’re healing the wound at the root.
Most changes fail because our nervous systems are still conditioned for survival
