1 | Scope and Nature of Services

Wisdom of Soma offers somatic coaching and educational services designed to support personal development, embodied awareness, and integrative self-exploration. The work may take place in one-to-one sessions, group settings, structured online programs, recorded courses, written exercises, or in-person retreats and workshops where applicable.

The focus of these services is educational, reflective, and developmental. They are intended to support clients in cultivating greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal insight through guided somatic practices and facilitated inquiry.

All services are provided strictly within the scope of coaching and education. They do not constitute healthcare, medical practice, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, psychological counseling, rehabilitation services, or any other form of regulated clinical intervention under Swedish law or the laws of any other jurisdiction. Participation in sessions or programs should therefore be understood as engagement in a personal development process, rather than the receipt of medical or therapeutic care.

This distinction is fundamental to the structure and intention of the Services and applies regardless of the format in which they are delivered.

2 | Professional Capacity and Use of Medical Title

The founder of Wisdom of Soma holds a medical degree (MD), and this academic qualification may be referenced on the Website or in professional materials for transparency and background context. The inclusion of this title reflects prior education and professional training; however, it does not alter the nature of the services offered through Wisdom of Soma.

All services are provided exclusively in the capacity of a somatic coach and educator. They are not delivered in a medical, clinical, or therapeutic role. No medical services are offered, no clinical assessments are conducted, and no treatment, diagnosis, or prescription is provided within the scope of the Services.

Engagement with the Website, participation in sessions, enrollment in programs, attendance at retreats, or any other interaction with the Company does not establish a doctor–patient relationship or any form of regulated healthcare relationship. The use of the MD title does not convert coaching services into medical practice, nor should it be interpreted as an offer of medical care.

The distinction between medical practice and somatic coaching is intentional and fundamental to the structure of Wisdom of Soma’s work.

3 | No Diagnosis, Treatment, or Clinical Advice

Wisdom of Soma does not provide medical or psychiatric services of any kind. The Company does not diagnose medical or mental health conditions, prescribe medication, conduct clinical assessments, deliver therapeutic treatment, or offer emergency medical advice. No aspect of the Services is intended to replace regulated healthcare or licensed therapeutic intervention.

Any information shared during individual sessions, group programs, courses, written materials, retreats, or online content is provided solely for educational and personal development purposes. Discussions may explore themes related to emotional wellbeing, nervous system awareness, stress regulation, or embodied experience; however, such exploration remains within the scope of coaching and reflective guidance.

Nothing on this Website, in sessions, in program materials, or in communications should be interpreted as medical advice, clinical recommendation, or treatment guidance. Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed healthcare support for any medical or psychiatric concerns.

This distinction applies regardless of format, medium, or context in which the Services are delivered.

4 | Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care

Somatic coaching provided through Wisdom of Soma is not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, psychological therapy, licensed counseling, trauma-focused therapy, or emergency intervention. The Services are designed to support personal development and embodied awareness, and they do not replace regulated healthcare or mental health services.

If you are experiencing physical symptoms, ongoing medical concerns, significant psychological distress, diagnosed mental health conditions, emotional instability, or crisis situations, it is essential that you seek appropriate support from a licensed healthcare or mental health professional. Coaching is not intended to manage acute conditions or provide clinical oversight.

If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or require urgent psychiatric assistance, you should contact emergency services in your jurisdiction without delay.

Participation in coaching does not replace professional healthcare, and nothing on this Website or within the Services should be interpreted as medical advice, clinical recommendation, or treatment guidance.

5 | Suitability and Limitations

The Services offered through Wisdom of Soma are intended for psychologically stable adults who are seeking personal development, embodied self-awareness, and reflective growth within a coaching context. The work is designed to support individuals who are able to take responsibility for their own wellbeing and engage in a non-clinical, exploratory process.

The Services are not suitable for individuals who require acute psychiatric care, are experiencing severe mental health crises, require ongoing clinical supervision, or are in need of licensed therapeutic or medical treatment. Somatic coaching does not provide clinical containment or medical oversight, and it is not structured to address conditions that require regulated healthcare intervention.

Wisdom of Soma reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue services where participation may not be appropriate, safe, or aligned with the scope of coaching. This determination may be made in the interest of client wellbeing and professional integrity.

In order to maintain clear professional boundaries and avoid misclassification, specific diagnostic categories are not listed publicly. If there is uncertainty regarding suitability for coaching, prospective clients are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare or mental health professional before engaging in Services.

6 | Health-Related Information and Client Responsibility

During the course of coaching, clients may choose to share information relating to their physical health, emotional wellbeing, psychological history, or current life circumstances. Any such disclosure is entirely voluntary and made at the client’s discretion. You retain full control over what you choose to share and the depth to which you engage in any discussion or practice.

While the coaching process may involve exploration of embodied experience, nervous system awareness, breathwork, movement-based exercises, emotional reflection, or guided somatic practices, responsibility for personal wellbeing remains with the client. You are responsible for informing the coach of any relevant medical or psychological conditions that may affect participation, for monitoring your own physical and emotional responses during sessions, and for communicating openly if any practice feels uncomfortable or unsafe.

You are encouraged to discontinue any exercise or practice that does not feel appropriate for you and to seek qualified medical or mental health advice where necessary. Participation in the Services is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion, with the understanding that coaching is a collaborative process rather than a form of healthcare supervision.

7 | Informed Participation

By engaging in any Services offered through Wisdom of Soma, you acknowledge that you understand the educational and developmental nature of somatic coaching. You agree that your participation is voluntary and undertaken by choice, and that you remain fully responsible for your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing throughout the coaching process.

You recognise that no medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic care is being provided, and that the Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or manage medical or mental health conditions. You further acknowledge that individual experiences and outcomes vary, and that no specific results are guaranteed.

Participation in coaching is collaborative in nature. You retain full autonomy in deciding what to disclose, how deeply to engage in any exercise or reflective process, and whether to continue or pause participation at any time. Your agency and informed choice remain central to the structure of the Services.

8 | No Guarantees of Results

Personal growth, emotional regulation, nervous system integration, and broader life transformation are deeply individual processes shaped by a wide range of personal, relational, environmental, and contextual factors. While somatic coaching may support increased awareness, insight, and resilience, outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Wisdom of Soma does not guarantee specific emotional outcomes, health improvements, psychological changes, business achievements, relational results, trauma resolution, or the elimination of symptoms. The coaching process is exploratory and developmental in nature, and its impact varies from person to person.

Any progress experienced through participation in the Services depends significantly on individual engagement, personal responsibility, life circumstances, and factors beyond the control of the Company. Participation is therefore undertaken with the understanding that coaching offers guidance and support, not guaranteed results or defined clinical outcomes.

9 | Retreat and In-Person Event Disclaimer (If Applicable)

Where retreats, workshops, or other in-person events are offered, participation may include gentle movement-based practices, guided somatic exercises, breathwork, or embodied awareness activities. Such practices are intended to support reflective exploration and nervous system regulation within a non-clinical coaching framework.

By enrolling in or attending an in-person event, participants acknowledge that certain activities may involve physical engagement. Each participant remains responsible for ensuring that they are physically and medically able to take part in the offered practices. It is the participant’s responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, limitations, or contraindications that may affect safe participation.

Participants are expected to self-regulate, modify activities as needed, and refrain from engaging in any exercise that exceeds their personal capacity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for injuries, adverse physical reactions, or health-related issues arising from participation where relevant medical information was not disclosed or where participation occurred beyond reasonable personal limits.

This clause is intended to support safe participation while maintaining clear professional boundaries within a coaching context.

10 | Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wisdom of Soma and EstEye AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Services. This includes, without limitation, emotional distress, perceived dissatisfaction, personal or professional decisions made by clients following sessions, health-related outcomes, or actions taken by third-party healthcare providers.

Coaching is a reflective and developmental process. Clients remain solely responsible for the decisions they make during or after participation in sessions, programs, or events. The Company does not assume responsibility for how clients interpret, implement, or act upon insights gained through the coaching process.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Company arising out of or in connection with the Services shall, in any event, be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Disclaimer shall exclude or limit liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Swedish law.

This limitation is intended to reflect the nature of coaching services while remaining consistent with applicable legal standards.

11 | Regulatory and Jurisdictional Context

The Services provided through Wisdom of Soma are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. The legal framework applicable to the Company is Swedish law, regardless of the location from which clients access the Website or participate in the Services.

Nothing in this Disclaimer, nor in the delivery of coaching services, shall be interpreted as the provision of regulated healthcare, medical practice, psychotherapy, or any other licensed clinical service within Sweden or any other jurisdiction. The Services are structured and delivered exclusively within the scope of non-clinical coaching and education.

Clients accessing the Services from outside Sweden remain responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the laws and regulatory requirements applicable in their country of residence. The Company makes no representation that the Services constitute regulated healthcare or licensed therapeutic services under the laws of any jurisdiction outside Sweden.

This jurisdictional clarification is intended to maintain regulatory transparency and clearly define the legal context in which the Services are offered.

12 | Acceptance of Disclaimer

By accessing the Website, booking or attending a session, enrolling in a program, participating in a retreat, or otherwise engaging with any Services provided by Wisdom of Soma, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Medical & Professional Disclaimer.

Your continued use of the Website or participation in the Services constitutes confirmation that you understand the scope and limitations of the coaching relationship, including the distinction between somatic coaching and regulated healthcare.

If you do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer, you should refrain from accessing the Website or engaging in the Services. Continued participation implies informed acceptance of the terms set out herein.

This clause is intended to ensure clarity, transparency, and mutual understanding prior to engagement in the Services.

13 | Professional Boundaries & Ethical Framework

Wisdom of Soma operates within a clearly defined coaching and educational framework. The Services are structured to support reflective inquiry, embodied awareness, and personal development. They are not designed to replace psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, clinical supervision, or any form of regulated mental healthcare.

Coaching differs fundamentally from therapy. Therapy typically addresses diagnosable conditions within a regulated clinical framework and may involve treatment plans, medical records, and healthcare oversight. Somatic coaching, by contrast, is developmental in nature. It is forward-oriented, collaborative, and grounded in personal responsibility rather than clinical intervention.

The coaching relationship is not a substitute for a therapeutic alliance, nor does it create a dependency-based framework. Clients are encouraged to cultivate autonomy, discernment, and self-regulation. The intention of the work is to support self-leadership rather than reliance on the coach.

Wisdom of Soma does not provide crisis intervention services. The Company does not offer emergency mental health support, suicide prevention services, or immediate psychiatric stabilisation. If a client presents with concerns that fall outside the scope of coaching, including acute psychological distress or clinical risk, the Company reserves the right to pause or discontinue services and may recommend seeking appropriate licensed professional support.

Where appropriate, and in alignment with professional integrity, referrals to qualified healthcare or mental health professionals may be suggested. Such referrals do not constitute coordination of care or assumption of clinical responsibility but reflect responsible boundary-setting within a non-clinical coaching model.

Maintaining clear professional boundaries protects both the client and the integrity of the Services.

14 | Psychological Risk Acknowledgment

Somatic coaching involves directed attention toward bodily awareness, emotional experience, nervous system patterns, and personal history. While the Services are delivered strictly within a non-clinical coaching and educational framework, participants acknowledge that processes of self-exploration may, at times, lead to increased emotional activation or heightened internal awareness.

Engagement with breathwork, embodied inquiry, reflective dialogue, or nervous system regulation practices can bring previously unexamined material into conscious awareness. This may include emotional memories, stress responses, relational patterns, or unresolved experiences. As awareness deepens, individuals may temporarily experience emotional intensity, vulnerability, fatigue, sensitivity, or fluctuations in mood or perception.

Such responses can form part of a personal growth process. However, they may feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable. Participation in the Services therefore requires a foundational level of psychological stability, emotional resilience, and self-regulation capacity. The coaching environment is not structured to provide clinical containment, trauma therapy, psychiatric stabilisation, or crisis management.

Clients acknowledge that they remain fully responsible for monitoring their own psychological and emotional state during and after participation. If any practice feels overwhelming, destabilising, or beyond personal capacity, clients are expected to communicate this promptly and to pause participation where appropriate. The decision to continue, modify, or discontinue any exercise remains with the client at all times.

Where emotional distress exceeds what feels manageable within a coaching context, clients are responsible for seeking support from a licensed mental health professional. The Company does not provide clinical supervision or emergency psychological care and does not assume responsibility for managing acute psychological episodes.

Participation in somatic coaching is undertaken voluntarily, with the understanding that personal development may involve periods of discomfort alongside periods of insight or integration. Wisdom of Soma does not guarantee emotional outcomes and does not assume liability for psychological effects arising from participation, except where required under applicable law.

This section is intended to promote informed participation, personal responsibility, and clear boundaries within a non-clinical coaching relationship.

15 | Digital Delivery Disclaimer

A significant portion of the Services offered through Wisdom of Soma may be delivered through digital means, including video conferencing platforms, online learning portals, email communications, digital scheduling systems, and other third-party software applications. The use of such platforms enables global accessibility and flexible participation; however, it also involves reliance on external technical infrastructure that is not owned or controlled by the Company.

While reasonable care is taken to select reputable and widely used service providers, the Company does not assume responsibility for the performance, security architecture, or operational stability of third-party digital systems. Participation in online sessions or programs may be affected by internet connectivity issues, bandwidth limitations, server outages, software errors, device malfunction, cyber disruptions, or other technical interruptions beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

Accordingly, the Company shall not be liable for temporary disruptions, delays, data loss, scheduling interruptions, or inability to access Services resulting from technological failures or third-party platform issues. In the event of significant disruption, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or restore access where feasible.

Digital communication, by its nature, carries certain inherent risks. Although appropriate privacy and data protection practices are implemented in accordance with applicable law, no method of online transmission can guarantee absolute security. Information exchanged through digital platforms may be subject to limitations associated with internet infrastructure, encryption protocols, or third-party data processing frameworks.

Clients remain responsible for ensuring that they access sessions from a private and secure environment, that their internet connection is stable, and that their devices are protected through appropriate security measures, including updated software and password protection. The Company is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality resulting from the client’s own device security, shared workspaces, unsecured networks, or unauthorised access on the client’s side.

By choosing to participate in digitally delivered Services, clients acknowledge and accept the practical limitations and technological risks inherent in online communication environments.

16 | Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

Wisdom of Soma shall not be held liable for any failure, interruption, or delay in the performance of Services where such failure arises from circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control. This includes, without limitation, events commonly understood as force majeure, as well as any situation that renders performance impracticable, unsafe, or legally restricted.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to: sudden illness or medical incapacity of the provider; natural disasters; severe weather events; fire; flooding; governmental actions or restrictions; changes in law or regulatory frameworks; public health emergencies; travel disruptions; transportation failures; strikes; civil unrest; war; terrorism; widespread technical outages; or large-scale infrastructure failures affecting internet, utilities, or digital communication systems.

Where such circumstances occur, the Company will make reasonable efforts to mitigate disruption. This may include rescheduling sessions, converting in-person services to an online format, postponing events, offering alternative dates, or otherwise adjusting delivery methods where feasible and appropriate. However, uninterrupted performance of Services cannot be guaranteed in circumstances that fall outside reasonable operational control.

In the context of retreats, workshops, or travel-based events, additional factors such as venue availability, travel advisories, accommodation restrictions, and local authority regulations may impact delivery. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from external travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, or third-party service providers that are independently contracted by participants.

This clause is intended to reflect practical realities while maintaining fairness and transparency. It does not exclude liability where such exclusion would be unlawful under applicable Swedish law.

17 | Independent Contractor Status

The relationship between Wisdom of Soma (operated by EstEye AB) and any individual engaging in the Services is strictly contractual in nature and limited to the provision of coaching and educational services as described in this Disclaimer and the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Engagement in the Services does not create, and shall not be interpreted as creating, any partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, employment relationship, fiduciary duty, or other formal legal association between the client and the Company beyond the agreed coaching arrangement. No element of the Services establishes a healthcare provider–patient relationship, therapeutic alliance, supervisory obligation, or employer–employee framework.

Wisdom of Soma operates as an independent service provider. The Company retains sole discretion and responsibility over the structure, methodology, scheduling, and delivery of its Services. Likewise, clients retain full autonomy over their decisions, actions, and personal circumstances.

Nothing within the coaching relationship shall be construed as granting either party authority to act on behalf of the other, bind the other to obligations, or represent the other in any legal or professional capacity. Each party remains independently responsible for their own conduct, financial decisions, professional choices, and compliance with applicable laws.

This clarification is intended to maintain transparency regarding the legal and professional nature of the relationship and to ensure that the scope of engagement remains clearly defined and appropriately limited.

19 | Severability

If any provision of this Medical & Professional Disclaimer is determined by a competent court or regulatory authority to be invalid, unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Where possible, the affected provision shall be interpreted, modified, or limited to the minimum extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable while preserving, as closely as practicable, its original intent and purpose. If modification is not legally permissible, the relevant provision shall be deemed severed from this Disclaimer without affecting the integrity of the remaining terms.

The remainder of this Disclaimer shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision had never been included. No failure or delay in enforcing any provision shall operate as a waiver of that provision or of any other rights available under applicable law.

This clause is intended to ensure legal resilience, continuity, and interpretative stability of the Disclaimer in the event that any individual provision is challenged or found unenforceable
